Wow! God is so amazing! I already know this, but He is always doing something to show me He is there. He is always doing something to show me who He is. Best of all, He is always doing something to show me that He loves me and knows what I need!

I don’t know about you, but I love these moments. For instance, I could be busy planning and prepping for my day, and God is like, “Nope. Let’s do this.” Every time, it is so what I actually had wanted to do for myself but kept putting off.

By His Spirit, He has been speaking to me a lot like this, lately. Let me be clear, He is always speaking, but I am really hearing Him loud and clear. In those moments, when I truly HEAR Him speaking, He lines everything out for me.

I feel like the Holy Spirit is showing me that I have been neglecting myself a little. I also feel like He is saying that it is okay to take care of myself, too. I am trying to get better at putting myself on the list, in the midst of everything in front of me.

Still, never do I have to worry about my day or what I have to do, when I truly allow Him to take the lead. Like today, before I got out of bed, God told me what to do, and I listened. Turns out, everything I did were things I had been planning to do for myself.

When we allow Him to, this is what God will do for us. As His children, when we truly listen to everything God is whispering to us, He will make sure we get things done that need doing. The sweet thing is that He will even put some of our wants and desires on that list!

All it took was for me to be still with Him for a little while. To just listen and do nothing else. All at once, He began to speak wisdom. You know, I am so glad that I listened. He knew what I needed, and I didn’t have to say a word.

He knows me, and He knows what I need. I am so thankful for God. He hears all things. He answers spoken and unspoken prayers, and He answers them in His infinite wisdom and timing (2 Corinthians 6:2)!

Blessings!

Before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.
