Walking With Christ

“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him.”

Colossians 2:6

When you walk with Christ, you learn from Him. You don’t have to worry about knowing all the answers in life. That is what He is here for.

As long as you stay rooted and grounded in Him, He will be there to teach you what He wants you to know. What He wants you to know can be found all over God’s Word. This is why Jesus tells us to learn from Him and to learn all about Him.

“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

Matthew 11:29

Once you know Him for yourself, you will grow deeper in Him. He will become a part of you, and you will have a connection that cannot be compared to any other! Instead, being connected to Christ will enrich every other connection that you have in your life.

As a result, those connections will blossom and become even more valuable to you. In turn, you will desire to walk in the love of Christ with others. You will want to sow seeds of love, joy, and peace because you are connected to the One who is all of these things: Jesus.

“and that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. Stand firm and be deeply rooted in his love.”

Ephesians 3:17

In closing, being connected to Jesus means walking in His love. It means walking by your faith in Him. Ultimately, it means relying on His Holy Spirit to be your guide. As your guide, the Holy Spirit will teach you to abide in Christ and to be an active and fruitful part of God’s Kingdom.

Many Blessings,
