As one myself, I have a glimpse of what educators are facing this year. Like every year, I am sure many are doing all they can to educate their students. More than this, I known many are praying for God to help them meet their students’ educational needs.
Unlike any other year, there are many obstacles for educators to overcome. May God grant all of them the support they need to do their jobs well. May He help them to stay healthy enough to be there for their students and to do what they love.
For so many of them, what they do is more than just a job. To many of them, educating students is a calling and even a mission field. God bless them, while they are in it!
When we are down and out and feel as if no one understands, Jesus does. When there is no one to talk to, we can talk to Jesus. Unlike any other, He will always be available.
Never too busy, Jesus is always there. By his Spirit, Jesus will be the comfort and consolation that we need. Like no other, He knows our heart, and He knows how to calm it.
Faithful and true, Jesus will lead us to the truth of God. Never, will He lead us astray. Daily, He desires to walk with us, talk with us, and speak peace to us. Always on time, He is there. When we need Him the most, He will answer.
Just when we need him the most, Jesus is standing by. With arms wide upon, He will never leave our side. Who else can we run to, call on, or depend on this way? No. There is no one. No one like the Savior.
Just call on his name, and Jesus will answer. When we call His name, things change. When we call His name, mountains are moved, and doors will open. This is the kind of friend He is. He is never conditional and never dismissive. Even in the midnight hour, He will be there. When we lift up His name, He will never let us down!
Feel His love for you, deep inside your heart. He is someone who cares for you. He is someone who will share everything with you. In every season of life, if you allow Him to, Jesus will be your friend.
I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.
Man has acquired a lot of knowledge. Through their knowledge, they have amassed great wealth. Their knowledge has also enabled them to solve many of the world’s problems. In addition, they have been able to produce countless inventions. In the midst of enjoying their accomplishments, some of these individuals will not acknowledge God’s role in their achievements or their very lives. Still, this does not have to be your resolve. Instead, as a Christian, you can lead the way in glorifying God.
When others refuse to humble themselves or acknowledge the wisdom of God, you can be different. For example, as you achieve things and fulfill your goals, you can acknowledge God. Further, you can allow the Holy Spirit to guide the ways in which you use your knowledge and your talents. No matter how high you climb or how far you get in life, you can choose to stay humble before the Lord (James 4:10).
Then, when others stand back amazed and wonder how it was possible, you will know. You will be able to give all credit to God. This is because you know that it is God who makes all things possible for you. Forever, you can declare that only God opens doors that no man will be able to shut (Revelation 3:8)!
